Open Roblox in your smartphone browser when prompted. Scan the QR code below with your phone camera. You will see a button to verify your age. To verify your age click on account info.
It will not show if you have not verified your age.
The option to enable voice chat should be under privacy. This will bring up a menu, from which you should choose settings.
On the main menu, click on the Roblox cog-shaped settings icon in the top right corner.
